About Menopause Diet Plans

Menopause Diet Plans exists for one reason: to make eating well in midlife simpler. Not dramatic, not complicated, and not dependent on expensive products or hard-to-find ingredients. Just straightforward weekly menus where every meal has a real portion and an approximate calorie count.

Every plan on this site answers the same practical questions. What do I eat for breakfast? How much protein is enough at my age? What do I buy at the store? What do I do when a craving hits at 9 p.m.? If a page does not answer those questions, it does not belong here.

Who writes this

The Menopause Diet Plans Team — evidence-based nutrition writers. We read the published research, follow mainstream dietary guidance, and translate it into meals people actually cook. We are writers, not clinicians, and we do not claim clinical credentials.

Meet Carol

Carol, a home cook in her 50s, develops and photographs our recipes. She cooks every dish in her own kitchen with ordinary supermarket ingredients and tests each recipe the way you will make it — on a weeknight, with realistic portions and leftovers in mind. Carol is a home cook, not a doctor or a dietitian.

Our editorial standard

Calories and macros are estimated from standard food composition data and common household portions. We label every value as approximate, we avoid exaggerated claims, and we say plainly when a topic needs a qualified health professional instead of a web page.

What we do not do

We do not sell supplements, coaching or meal-delivery subscriptions. We do not publish extreme crash diets or promise a specific amount of weight loss. We do not claim to treat or cure any menopause symptom — this site is general information about food, not healthcare. And we do not pretend that nutrition labels are exact to the calorie; they are not, and neither are our estimates.
